Australia/US: The hospitality management platform serving hotels, serviced apartments, and short-term rentals, RMS has announced a new integration with operations software provider Breezeway.
The partnership brings Breezeway’s automation tools directly into the RMS platform, enabling users to manage day-to-day tasks more efficiently.
Available features include automated scheduling for cleaning teams, customisable task tracking, real-time inventory monitoring, guest messaging powered by AI, digital welcome books, and smart lock code automation.
According to RMS, users can save around 40 hours per month on administrative work using Breezeway’s automated systems, while Breezeway reports average annual revenue gains of $20,000 (£15,800) among its business users.
