France: Today, French platforms SuiteOp and Smily announced a partnership aimed at transforming operations for European property managers.
SuiteOp is a guest operations platform that aims to unify hospitality teams and operations, while Smily is a rental software platform for property managers, agencies and concierge services.
The partnership between the two platforms will allow SuiteOp and Smily to further their expansion of European markets and their home market of France. France holds one of Europe’s largest and most professionally managed short-term rental (STR) markets.
Speaking on their partnership with Smily, SuiteOps said: “[We] gain direct access to this vibrant landscape – supporting local operators with the tools they need to streamline operations and scale sustainability.”
The integration, which is now live, allows Smily users to connect directly to SuiteOp and automate the operational side of their business without using third-party connectors or manual data entry. As bookings are placed in Smily, SuiteOp will trigger completely operational responses, such as scheduling cleans and inspections, assigning tasks, activating guest portals, managing smart devices, verifying guest identities, sending upsell offers and surfacing real-time performance insights.

This partnership comes one month after SuiteOp joined forces with Hostfully to reduce tech fragmentation.
