US: Guest operations platform SuiteOp has partnered with vacation rental management system Hostfully to streamline short-term rental workflows and reduce reliance on disconnected hospitality tech tools.
The integration allows Hostfully users to access SuiteOp’s operational system directly, eliminating the need for manual entry or third-party connectors.
It was designed to automate all processes: from assigning cleans and inspections to guest communication, ID verification, and smart device management.
The companies say the two-way sync will help short-term rental operators simplify internal coordination and improve guest experience. The aim is to replace fragmented systems with a single, flexible infrastructure that can scale with operators’ needs.
Simon Seroussi, co-founder of SuiteOp, said: “Fragmentation has become the status quo in hospitality tech. So many teams are juggling a patchwork of disconnected tools just to deliver a basic guest experience. We built SuiteOp to change that.”
Mitch Foster, senior integrations manager at Hostfully, said: “Our integration with SuiteOp unlocks a new level of operational efficiency. Their automation-first approach to task management fits seamlessly into our ecosystem, giving teams more time to focus on what really matters.”
