[Sponsored Content] Boutique research firm Sterling Associates is seeking insights from short-term rental professionals for its latest study on revenue management and dynamic pricing trends. Please see below for details.
Are you a short-term rental owner-operator or property manager? If so, we want your perspective for our anonymous web survey on revenue management / dynamic pricing in the STR industry (regardless of how you currently approach these functions). Those who qualify and complete the survey will receive a $100 USD gift card as a thank you!
Here’s the survey link: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/8502720/7ddc471355f2
We’ve already had many different owner-operators and property managers participate, and we’ve collected some interesting data so far. Here’s an example:
- 80% of respondents said they list their properties on multiple different OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo)
- And 53% said it makes sense to use a third-party dynamic pricing tool if you list on multiple OTAs
- 44% of those without a dynamic pricing software tool struggle to maximize demand for their listings. Come join the conversation and let us hear your thoughts!
Some additional details on our survey:
- Your responses will be anonymised, and our firm will not collect any identifying data (like your name or company).
- The gift cards will be sent via email, but the email address you give will not be added to any mailing lists (and if you prefer, you can have the $100 donated to a charity of your choice instead)
- The survey will be open from now through October 15th
- The survey should take ~15-20 minutes to complete
- The first several questions of the survey will determine if you qualify
- The survey is looking for a wide range of STR perspectives—you do not have to use software for revenue management or dynamic pricing to take the survey
