UK: ShortTermRentalz can announce that the entries deadline for the 2025 Shortyz Awards has been officially extended until Wednesday 19 February at 23:59 GMT.
It is no cost to enter the awards and global short-term rental professionals are invited to enter as many categories as they wish and are eligible for. This year’s event – the sixth edition of the Shortyz Awards – features two new categories – Guest experience award and Best interior design.
The Shortyz are open to everyone in the global short-term rental industry, including rentalpreneurs and accommodation owners, operators, technology providers, channel managers, PMS and RMS providers, OTAs & accommodation booking platforms, property professionals, interior designers, payment system providers, insurance companies, media, investors, and more.
Since the first edition of the awards in 2020, almost 2,000 entries for the Shortyz have been received from around the world. The overall winners are decided by a 50:50 split between the scores compiled by an expert judging panel and a public vote.

This year’s Shortyz Awards will be held on Tuesday 1 April at The Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch in London – the day before the annual Short Stay Summit at nearby Old Billingsgate.

The Shortyz Awards have always taken place at unique venues, ranging from a boat on the River Thames in the first year in 2020, to the Skyline London rooftop overlooking the Tower of London in 2022 and 2024, and the ArcelorMittal Orbit in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in 2023. 2025 promises to be no different, albeit with a few eye-catching changes.
2025 will take the awards experience to the next level with the following additions to make the night even more special:
