US: Hospitality software company RMS has launched a new booking engine, designed to boost direct bookings and streamline guest interactions, at HITEC 2025 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The booking engine is optimised for mobile and desktop use, and enables properties to integrate with guest-facing platforms such as chatbots, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. These tools support live communication, discount application, and payment processing, aiming to reduce abandoned bookings and enhance the guest experience.
RMS, which serves more than 7,000 businesses across 70 countries, works with a range of accommodation providers including hotels, serviced apartments, short-term rentals, and campgrounds.
The platform also enables a future where your AI front desk is working 24/7 to manage enquiries and maximise ADR. Adam Seskis, CEO at RMS, said: “We’ve designed our booking engine to help properties capture more direct bookings, reduce reliance on third-party channels, and minimise lost revenue from abandoned carts. By simplifying the guest experience, we’re giving operators a powerful tool to grow revenue, lower acquisition costs, and deliver a better guest experience from the very first interaction.”
