Worldwide: Universal access control software RemoteLock has partnered with ChargeAutomation to deliver a unified guest experience solution across its global portfolio of more than 80,000 properties.
The collaboration integrates RemoteLock’s smart lock and access control technology with ChargeAutomation’s digital guest platform, providing property managers – from short-term rentals to boutique hotels – with a seamless, contactless system for check-in, check-out, and ongoing guest engagement.
The combined solution aims to centralise access management, ID verification, payments, upsells, and guest communications, improving operational efficiency while boosting revenue and guest satisfaction.
Early adopters have reported up to a 75 per cent increase in guest satisfaction scores, along with additional monthly revenue of $120 (£88)–$180 (£132) per property through automated upselling and streamlined payment collection.
