US: iTrip Vacations has expanded its short-term property management programme in Florida by launching iTrip Vacations Lakes of Central Florida, owned and managed by Charles and Kim Gauthier, as the newest iTrip Vacations destination.
The short-term rental property management company manages rental homes in Brandon, Dade City, Lakeland, Land O’Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Winter Haven and Zephyrhills. The full-service programme aims to increase net rental income and guest reviews, while providing marketing, free light maintenance, professional cleaning and inspections, 24/7 property care, and automatic-response systems.
