US: Property management software provider Inhabit has announced changes to its executive leadership team, with co-founder and CEO Lisa Stinnett stepping down after nine years to become executive advisor to the board.

John Kristel, who currently serves as president, has been appointed interim CEO while continuing in his existing role. In addition, Denisa Leka has joined the company as chief financial officer, overseeing financial strategy and operations.

The leadership transition follows a recent investment in Inhabit by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and Greater Sum Ventures, intended to support the company’s long-term growth strategy and product innovation roadmap.

Stinnett said: “Having worked closely with John Kristel, I am confident in his ability to guide the company forward. I am also excited to welcome Denisa Leka to the team—her expertise will be instrumental in our next phase of growth.”

Kristel added: “Inhabit has an extraordinary team, and I look forward to working alongside them to further our mission of supporting property management professionals with best-in-class solutions.”

The appointments mark a new chapter for Inhabit as it continues to expand its suite of technology products serving the residential, vacation and commercial property management sectors.
