Hospitable launches Owner Portals

US: Property management software provider Hospitable has launched Owner Portals, a new feature that allows property managers to share real-time performance data with property managers, aiming to increase transparency, reduce admin, and strengthen relationships.

The portals give owners instant access to key data such as live calendars, occupancy rates, nightly prices, and revenue summaries, without requiring managers to manually compile reports or respond to repeated requests for updates.

Each owner receives a secure, personalised login to a simplified dashboard, where performance data is updated automatically in real time. The system also accounts for owners’ personal use of properties, with blocked dates clearly marked, excluded from guest communications, and reflected accurately in reports and statements.

Hospitable said the feature gives managers complete control over what each owner can see, ensuring that sensitive business information remains private while offering owners the clarity they expect.

The feature builds on a series of recent Hospitable updates, including automated owner statements, guest vetting tools, digital rental agreements, and flexible payment terms.

Founded in 2016, Hospitable has evolved from a time-saving PMS into a wider platform for short-term rental operators, offering automation for guest communication, pricing, task coordination, and direct booking websites with integrated payments and protection.
