Hospitable launches built-in dynamic pricing tool

US: Property management software provider Hospitable has launched a dynamic pricing tool, offering integrated pricing automation at no extra cost.

The embedded feature, now available across all Hospitable plans, provides real-time, hyperlocal pricing recommendations powered by market data, enabling hosts to optimise rates directly within their booking calendar.

The launch comes as new figures from Hospitable reveal that 57.2 per cent of hosts are failing to meet occupancy goals, while 28.9 per cent say they are struggling to manage pricing effectively.

Pierre-Camille Hamana, CEO of Hospitable, said: “Pricing continues to be a critical challenge for hosts. This signals that even as the industry matures, hosts are still underserved when it comes to simple, effective tools that help them compete.

“With our new dynamic pricing we wanted to build something that felt truly built-in, intuitive, intelligent, and available right where hosts already work,” he added.

The new solution eliminates the need for third-party integrations and gives users full control over rate strategy. Hosts can apply flexible pricing settings – from conservative to aggressive – set custom rules, override suggestions, and monitor live demand through an integrated heatmap.

Typically, the tool offers a 30-day preview of pricing trends before activation, but for a limited time after launch, Hospitable is offering all users full access to 24 months of pricing insights upfront.

The release marks another step in Hospitable’s transformation into an all-in-one short-term rental management platform. Originally launched in 2016 as a guest messaging tool, the company now offers a broad suite of features, including automated communications, direct booking capabilities, team coordination, and AI-driven operations.
