UK: Self-catering holiday provider Hoseasons has opened its new office at Trinity House, Riverside Road, Lowestoft.
The relocation brings Hoseasons’ 200 local employees from Sunway House, where the company had been based for 32 years, to a modern workplace less than two miles away.
The move ensures Hoseasons remains rooted in Lowestoft, where it was founded over 80 years ago.
The new office has been designed to provide a sustainable and collaborative environment, supporting the company’s ambition to attract and retain talent while reflecting its growth plans.
Hoseasons shares Trinity House with Essex & Suffolk Water, which continues to occupy the building’s first floor.
The ribbon cutting ceremony featured speeches from senior leaders, including Simon Altham, group chief commercial officer at Awaze, and Helen Khan, chief people officer at Awaze.
