UK: London-based property management firm City Relay has chosen RentalReady as its new property management software provider as the company plans to expand further in London and Paris.
City Relay said that the decision came from an increasing pressure on property managers to simplify complex operational systems while continuing to scale and provide high-quality service.
RentalReady is an all-in-one platform designed to manage portfolios ranging from 20 to 2,000 properties.
The management firm also said that the switch followed a thorough evaluation process to replace its existing system.
