US: Short-term rental software platform Casago has named revenue management and financial intelligence software Wheelhouse as its exclusive revenue management platform following a year-long review of technology providers.
The agreement will see Wheelhouse provide pricing and revenue management tools across Casago’s portfolio, including destinations acquired through its takeover of Vacasa earlier this year and new markets being added to its network.
According to Casago, the decision to select Wheelhouse was based on the platform’s ability to deliver dynamic pricing, forecasting, and performance analytics at scale, while enabling local teams to adjust strategies to meet market-specific conditions. The hybrid structure of Wheelhouse’s system was cited as an important factor for Casago’s franchise-led model.
Casago founder and CEO Steve Schwab said the company had conducted a review of multiple revenue management providers before choosing Wheelhouse for its data capabilities and adaptability to local market input.
Wheelhouse said its platform is designed to provide enterprise operators with tools for centralised reporting, real-time performance tracking, and portfolio-wide visibility, in addition to allowing for localised pricing adjustments.
The phased rollout of Wheelhouse across Casago’s network is already under way and is expected to be completed by early 2026.
