Germany: Campervan tour operator CamperDays has expanded its international network with new partners and pick-up stations in Lima, Peru and Casablanca, Morocco.
The move marks the company’s third new market launch of 2025 as it continues to broaden its global footprint. Travellers can now rent campers, SUVs, vans, and 4x4s in both destinations, enabling greater access to self-drive holidays in two of the world’s fastest-growing tourism markets.
The expansion follows recent tourism milestones in both regions, Morocco was named Africa’s most visited destination in 2024, while Peru’s tourism industry is on track to contribute more than $23 billion to its economy in 2025.
New partnerships with Intorno and Autonomo in Peru, and J-L Camping Car Maroc in Casablanca, will support rising demand for independent and off-the-beaten-path travel experiences.
Max Schmidt, managing director of CamperDays, said: “Expanding into Morocco and Peru is a natural next step as we continue to grow our global community of travellers seeking freedom, flexibility and adventure. With more people looking for immersive, off-the-beaten-path journeys, now is the ideal time to introduce greater vehicle choice and help customers explore these remarkable regions on their own terms.”
Founded in Germany in 2013, CamperDays now partners with more than 150 providers across 700 locations worldwide. The platform gives access to over 40,000 vehicles in regions including Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and Australia, with rentals starting from £70 per day.
