US: Booking.com has announced the integration of FareHarbor, a tours and activities software provider, in a move that will add more than 150,000 new attractions to its platform.
The attractions will be introduced incrementally via the FareHarbor Distribution Network across thousands of destinations, significantly expanding the range of experiences available to Booking.com customers.
New additions include the Montserrat Hiking Tour in Spain, the Whitby and Yorkshire Steam Rail in the UK, the Volcanoes and Hot Springs tour in Greece, and the Prague Christmas Market tour.
FareHarbor joins existing partners Musement, Viator and Klook in helping Booking.com strengthen its Attractions offering, which now spans more than 5,000 cities and 115 countries. The partnership gives FareHarbor’s network of operators greater visibility by connecting them to Booking.com’s global customer base.
The expansion also aligns with Booking.com’s Genius loyalty programme, which rewards members not only for accommodation bookings but also for reserving flights, attractions, car rentals and taxis.
To support customers in navigating a wider choice of activities, Booking.com said it is applying AI tools to group similar experiences and enable conversational search, helping travellers refine options more efficiently.
