UK: Holiday home co-ownership platform August has announced the launch of its Prime Collection.
The exclusive collection is described as August’s “most luxurious offering yet”, allowing discerning travellers the opportunity to co-own four properties in Europe’s most coveted destinations, as well as the added benefit of curated annual events dedicated to creating the most tailored and unique experiences. Property locations include Tuscany, French Alps, South of France and Mallorca.
Prime shares start from €1.4million, offering buyers an opportunity to own a share of €22million worth of real estate [each property costs €5.5million on average] for a fraction of the original cost. The August service also covers all maintenance and management of each home, ensuring that owners can get the best out of their time without any burdens.
Owners will have an average access of 12 weeks per year across their portfolio of homes, allowing them to explore different cultures and landscapes, all whilst being at home.
Prime Collection properties are always located in desirable locations and are designed by August’s in-house team. The homes include anything from spacious layouts to swimming pools, entertainment spaces, and wellness centres which include personal gyms and saunas.
Each Prime opportunity is also designed to connect members with local culture and the community, unlocking a curation of exclusive experiences such as invites to Wimbledon or tailored adventures such as driving through Tuscany in a Porsche.

The full-service, integrated real-estate development and lifestyle company acquires, renovates, interior designs, maintains and manages homes within its regions.
