Flataway.ai launches AI website builder

Bulgaria: Traveltech startup Flataway.ai has launched Staycy, an AI-powered website builder designed to help professional vacation rental managers create high-converting, direct-booking sites in minutes.

The launch follows an $800,000 pre-seed funding round led by Eleven Ventures and Angel Invest, with participation from several angel investors and the company’s founders, who previously sold one of Europe’s largest vacation rental management businesses.

Staycy uses conversational AI to generate fully branded, conversion-optimised websites that integrate natively with property management systems. Unlike general website builders, the platform is designed specifically for short-term rental operators, offering instant connectivity to existing tech stacks and automated workflows.

During the early rollout, each site will undergo a detailed review and enhancement process by Flataway’s in-house team, which combines over 20 years of travel tech and property management experience.

OTAs remain powerful, but AI is rewriting how travellers discover and book. Property managers need a modern, owned channel that speaks both to guests and to AI agents.”

Flataway said the early access programme attracted 187 property managers globally, signalling strong demand for AI-driven direct booking tools. The company plans to expand its toolkit to include features that allow AI travel planners to check availability and make direct bookings via the upcoming OpenAI App Store.

Flataway will showcase Staycy at upcoming vacation rental conferences in Dubai, Rome, and Manchester, with launch pricing starting from €96 per month until 30 November 2025.
