US: Property management software company Hospitable has unveiled its new Cleaner Marketplace and a major update to its Operations platform, introducing end-to-end automation for property turnovers and care.
The Cleaner Marketplace, launching first in the US and Canada, gives hosts direct access to a vetted network of over 150,000 screened cleaners from within the Hospitable platform.
Hosts can create customised checklists, receive transparent quotes, and let the system automatically assign, dispatch, and pay cleaners.
Real-time tracking provides visibility from cleaner arrival through task completion, with photo and video proof, issue reporting, and secure communications.
The platform also introduces Operations Smart Lock Codes: per-task, time-bound access codes that enhance security and streamline coordination.
Alongside the marketplace, Hospitable’s updated Operations system enables automation of recurring, semi-regular, and one-off tasks.
Turnover checklists are generated automatically based on property details, then dynamically adjusted for guest context, such as party size, pets, or reported issues. Guest-reported problems are integrated into the next turnover, aiming to ensure accountability and consistency.
