US / Israel: Property management platform Guesty has unveiled findings from its latest research, showcasing the “transformative” impact of its tools on property managers’ performance.

Analysing data from more than 700 of its US-based property managers, the research underscores how Guesty users are surpassing market trends as outlined by AirDNA, which shows a 3.6 per cent annual revenue growth rate and a 1.2 per cent increase in occupancy.

Despite economic challenges across the industry, the research highlights how Guesty is seeking to help property managers defy market challenges to increase revenue, streamline operations and achieve significant growth in an increasingly complex and dynamic market.

Property managers, within their first 12 months of using the platform, achieve:

â—Ź Higher average daily rate [ADR]: While the industry saw modest gains, Guesty says that its users achieved a +5.5 per cent increase in ADR within their first 12 months on the platform, outpacing industry averages.

● Increased property listings: Property managers reported a +24.6 per cent increase in property listings, demonstrating the platform’s ability to support scalable growth.

â—Ź Gains in revenue per listing: Guesty users who transitioned from single-platform bookings [e.g. Airbnb] to Guesty saw an additional +28.5 per cent revenue per listing, amounting to $12.8k per listing.

Guesty CEO Amiad Soto said: “This research isn’t just about outperforming benchmarks—it’s really about showcasing the ways we’re transforming how property managers operate.
