UK: Greenwood Grange, an award-winning holiday cottage complex situated near the birthplace of one of England’s most influential novelists and poets, Thomas Hardy, has been put up for sale for offers in the region of £2.5 million.
Global property advisor Knight Frank has been appointed sole selling agent for the complex, which is located in Higher Bockhampton, Dorset.
Greenwood Grange is set over 7.5 acres and located on the edge of Thorncombe Woods, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The cottage complex comprises of 16 converted former farm buildings all named after characters and places from Thomas Hardy’s novels. It also features an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, six hot tubs, two games rooms, two tennis courts, children’s play area, enclosed dog walking area and office block.
